Choose from six unique spaces—including two one-of-a-kind treehouses and four upscale canvas cabins—each thoughtfully designed with stylish furnishings and modern amenities. Whether you’re sipping coffee on a treehouse deck or falling asleep to the sound of a nearby stream, you’ll be surrounded by the natural beauty of cascading waterfalls, trout-filled creeks, and scenic hiking trails.
Please note: Tuxedo Falls is an adult-oriented property designed for relaxation and tranquility. Children ages 10 and up are welcome to stay, but the terrain is steep and may not be suitable for younger children.

Designed and built onsite by The Treehouse Guys (of the DIY Network show), these custom creations are as memorable as the setting. B’fer and Ka-V spent Spring 2025 here at Tuxedo Falls, bringing these two incredible builds to life.

What is Tuxedo Falls?
Tuxedo Falls is an upscale glamping retreat nestled in the mountains of Western North Carolina. We offer a unique blend of comfort and nature with beautifully designed treehouses and canvas cabins.
Where is Tuxedo Falls located?
Tuxedo Falls is located in Zirconia, NC, in the scenic foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We are conveniently situated:
35 minutes from Asheville, NC
40 minutes from Greenville, SC
1.75 hours from Charlotte, NC
How can I access the waterfalls?
Our waterfalls are private (for guests only) and can be reached via a 10-minute hike from the main property. The trail features steep, rocky terrain, so we recommend wearing sturdy footwear and using caution while exploring. The hike is not suitable for those with mobility challenges, but for those who make the trek, the scenic beauty is well worth the effort!
Is there Wi-Fi and cell service?
Wi-Fi is available in select areas, but we encourage guests to unplug and enjoy nature. Cell service may be limited depending on your provider. There is no cell service in the gorge area.
What dining options are available?
Meals kits, both for grilling and for your pizza oven, are available for purchase and include everything you need to make your own delicious meal. A curated selection of snacks, drinks, and local goods will be available for purchase at our Camp Store. Each unit is equipped with a small kitchenette, outdoor grill, and pizza oven.
Are kids allowed?
Tuxedo Falls is an adult-oriented property designed for relaxation and tranquility. Children ages 10 and up are welcome to stay, but please note that the property features steep terrain and limited accessibility for young children. Parents are responsible for their children’s safety and behavior at all times, and due to natural hazards such as water features and hiking trails, children must be supervised at all times.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes! 1 dog per guest cabin is welcome for a $25 per night fee. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. No puppies please. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds inside the accommodations. Please ensure your dog’s behavior does not disturb other guests or wildlife.
Can I fish at Tuxedo Falls?
Guided fly fishing in the two trout streams at Tuxedo Falls is available for an additional fee and must be scheduled in advance. To book, please add the fly fishing experience to your cart when making a reservation. Once added, our partner, Hendersonville Outfitters, will contact you directly to arrange your guided excursion.
What are the hiking trails like?
Tuxedo Falls features two miles of hiking trails, with most of the trails running alongside our two beautiful creeks. Along the way, guests will encounter picturesque waterfalls, the confluence where the creeks meet, and other scenic natural features. The terrain is steep and challenging, so we recommend wearing sturdy footwear and being prepared for an invigorating hike. The trails offer a rewarding experience for those who enjoy adventure and exploring the beauty of the forest!
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations prior to 14 days of the arrival will entitle you to a refund of the deposit less a $25 processing fee. Failure to cancel prior to 14 days will necessitate a charge for the full booking.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes, we require a two-night minimum stay on weekends.
Is there electricity and running water?
Yes, all accommodations are equipped with electricity, climate control, and running water. Each unit includes a full bathroom.
Do you provide linens and towels?

What activities are available at Tuxedo Falls?
Guests can enjoy hiking, creekside relaxation, yoga, picnicking, reading, birdwatching, and stargazing. We also plan to offer seasonal workshops and guided nature experiences. Can I swim in the creek?
To protect the native trout population, we have one designated area where guests can access the water. The creek is shallow and best suited for wading, making it a refreshing spot to cool off while preserving the natural habitat.

What is the best way to get to Tuxedo Falls?
Tuxedo Falls is easily accessible by car. We will provide detailed driving directions upon booking. The nearest airport is Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), approximately a 30-minute drive away.
